Certificate Download Issues

Issues opening your certificate? Your email service provider may be changing the extension or blocking email attachments for your protection.

To troubleshoot attachment download issues here are some steps that you can try:

  • Sign into Yahoo Mail
  • Select the “Options Gear” in the upper-right corner.
  • Select “Settings“.
  • Select “Security” in the left pane.
  • Change the “Show images in emails” drop-down menu to “Always, except in Spam folder“.
  • Select “General” in the left pane (this is probably already selected).

To enable cookies from Yahoo they need to go into their browser setting. The path will vary depending on the browser but will be something like: Settings -> Privacy & Security -> General -> Accept Cookies
