For many people, learning to speak, read, and write English is a gateway into the global economy.  Learning English offers access to information, advanced education, job skills, and enhances communication that will shape future engagement with U.S. businesses and organizations.  As part of our commitment to strengthening shared economic prosperity and security goals, the YLAI Network is aiming to expand access to English language resources and continue to cultivate the YLAI Network community through Plan for Success – Learn English!
